Early Learner Teacher Training, a trusted program designed to strengthen and inspire instructors who work with your youngest students.Built specifically for arts-based settings and dance studios, this in-person (online available) training gives both new and experienced teachers the tools they need to connect meaningfully with early learners — helping them teach with more confidence, creativity, and care.

Nikkie Ruud Ripka Certified Early Childhood Educator Founder, Fine Arts Express. Nikkie Ruud Ripka is a Certified Early Childhood Educator with over 30 years of experience in instructing early learners. She is the former Director of The Preschool Fine Arts, a certified dance instructor, a certified kids yoga instructor, music instructor, and a published children’s author. As an educator and a Mom of two girls, Nikkie is passionate about fostering young children’s discovery of the world around them, helping them understand themselves, and encouraging their confidence and creativity every step of the way.
